Update Note

Hello, I'm Seungcheol Lee from SuitdiO. I'm writing again after just two days for a quick update.

The note format was inspired by 💡OFFLIGHT, which I personally admire. Maybe I'll get to meet CEO Hong Namho someday...?

Let's dive right in without delay! 👊

  • G ▶︎ Group Widget

  • B ▶︎ Board Widget

  • [ ▶︎ Left Side Bar

Bug Fix 🐜 …

👋 Closing Thoughts

Yesterday was the first day I met with a customer. We conducted an online usability test with a startup PM.

Perhaps my expectations were too high? During the test, we discovered over 10 errors, and we couldn't complete even a single test task. While we got the quality feedback we intended, the shock was amplified by the attachment I'd built to the service.

When the 'familiarity' I'd taken for granted was challenged, all the scenarios built on that foundation came crashing down along with my confidence. It was like watching your child on stage for a talent show after losing their recorder—pure agony.

But I made a promise that the next test would surprise them three times over, and even after our brief team dinner, I continued working. With landing pages, tutorials, tooltips, examples, and intros—all the features needed to improve usability—there was no time to hesitate.

Having positioned progressive usability as our strength, SuitdiO will stay focused on the product and keep pushing forward. Thank you.
